Rules
- If using a trap-bar for deadlift, add 5% more weight
- Cooper test should be done on a treadmill at 0 degree inclination for 12 minutes
- All records must be completed within a 30-day period to qualify for a rank
- Pull-ups and muscle-ups must be performed strictly (no kipping), chin must clear the bar

Why these exercises?
Athletes strong in one are often weak in others, these present a difficult combination, especially at higher ranks.
How is verification done?
The system is honor based, but you should have video/photo proof of your scores if you claim a rank (either privately or on your socials)
